The evolving technology of mobile phones and palm-tops permits the access to complex multimedia contents;
in spite of present limitations both in terms of transmission and computational power, these
 devices are emerging as the platforms of the future.

IMAVIS pioneered this field developing, in 2003, the first platform that allowed the user to visualize
a video stream from a video-surveillance camera directly on his mobile phone.

In recent years IMAVIS carried on investing in this direction, improving its applications and keeping its
systems up to date with new protocols and platforms.

IMAVIS today is among the first companies proposing to the market a new version of the software able to show on the mobile phone high quality and high frame rate videos directly from the camera or from
the repository of videos previously recorded.
