Automatic Data Analysis for Melanoma early detection

Description

The objective of the project is to design support systems for melanoma early diagnosis.
The project is based on the use of EpiLuminescence Microscopy (ELM) that highlights morphological
features of skin lesions that are not visible by the human eye.

Outcome:

today ADAM is a software product that supports dermatologists and general practitioners
 in the clinical diagnosis of skin lesions. ADAM is based on
 state-of-the-art image processing and decision support functionalities and
produces an objective risk level of a given
lesion that helps the doctor in making a diagnosis.
