DVR/NVR: integration of multiple DVR and NVR of different producers in a single system (expandable) in order to centralize video stream as well as alarm events and playback in just one simple, intuitive and customizable interface.

VCA (Video Content Analysis): possibility to add to the platform a system of intelligent analysis of the images coming from installed cameras (analogical or ip). The platform can receive different alarms from VCA, such as: “objects videocontrol” (highlight of abandoned or removed objects in defined areas), “advanced motion” (tracking of moving objects and alarm definition according to the defined path), “crowd” (detection of a high number of people in a specific area) and “people counting” (computation of the number of people going through a “virtual” gate).

IP Megapixel Cameras and encoders: visualization of IP cameras and encoders video stream in order to realize flexible and hybrid systems trasparent to the user. Total management of 3 and 5 Megapixel cameras by Gigavision®: visualization of live video stream and playback coming from the storage server as well as reception of alarm events.

Face Detector and Face Validation: connection with entrances monitoring system: it is based on Face Detection algorithm (IMAFaceDet) that allows to record only the face of the person, creating a database very easy to search. With Check option, it is also possible to receive an alarm if the face within the frame is not clear. Moreover, for an access control even more secure, it is possible to integrate IMAFace system, that uses FaceValidation algorithm, comparing the face inside the frame with the one in the database and alerting the operator if they do not correspond.

Plates: management of "Plates" (automatic car plate detection, which monitors the entrances of parking areas or garages ) and "ZTL", which detects plates of moving vehicles within limited traffic zones. With Altair Central Security it is possible to set the permissions of all the gates and also remotely control the opening of a barrier or a gate.
